Refund policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Belle Chique' Boutique. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit (minus the shipping cost). This only applies to regularly priced items. All items that have been discounted, purchased using a store credit or coupon code are FINAL SALE. 

All returns must be requested by email bellechiqueboutique2019@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item.  Any items shipped without an email or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited. 

*Returned items must be received within 10 days of the delivery date. There will be a 50% restocking fee applied to orders received past 10 days.

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

* Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odor, or any signs of being worn. 

* Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories: ALL SALES FINAL. These items can not be returned.

* Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items.

* You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

* Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email bellechiqueboutique2019@gmail.com for assistance. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for email response.

* Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

*All orders placed with a store credit is a final sale.
